Custom & Personalized Item Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of our products, all customized and personalized items are final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Customers will be provided with a design/mockup for approval before production. Once the design is approved, the customer accepts responsibility for all spelling, names, dates, colors, sizing, placement, and other design details.

If an item is printed incorrectly due to an error made by Delta Custom Prints, we will gladly correct or replace the item at no additional cost.

By approving your design, you confirm that all details are correct and authorize us to begin production.
