By placing an order with Delta Custom Prints, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

Custom Orders & Design Approval

All custom and personalized orders require customer approval before production begins. Customers are responsible for reviewing all names, spelling, dates, colors, sizes, quantities, artwork, and other design details.

Once a design or mockup has been approved, Delta Custom Prints is not responsible for errors that were present in the approved design. Changes requested after approval may result in additional charges or production delays.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the personalized nature of our products, customized and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

If Delta Custom Prints makes a printing or production error that differs from the customer-approved design, we will work with the customer to correct or replace the affected item.

Customer-Supplied Artwork

Customers are responsible for the quality and accuracy of any artwork, images, logos, text, or files they provide. Print quality may be limited by the quality or resolution of the original file.

By submitting artwork, the customer confirms that they own the artwork or have permission to reproduce and use it. Delta Custom Prints is not responsible for copyright, trademark, licensing, or other intellectual property violations resulting from customer-supplied content.

Colors & Product Appearance

We make every effort to accurately represent colors and products. However, colors displayed on phones, monitors, and other screens may vary from the finished printed product.

Minor variations in print placement, color, garment construction, or product appearance may occur during the production process and are not considered defects.

Payments

Payment may be required in full before custom production begins. Orders will not enter production until all required payments and design approvals have been received.

Production & Turnaround Times

Turnaround and completion dates provided by Delta Custom Prints are estimates unless otherwise agreed to in writing. Production times may be affected by product availability, order size, shipping delays, equipment issues, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Changes or cancellations must be requested before production begins. Once materials have been ordered, artwork has been prepared, or production has started, an order may no longer be eligible for cancellation or changes.

Website Use

Content on the Delta Custom Prints website, including original designs, graphics, photographs, logos, and other materials created by Delta Custom Prints, may not be copied, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without permission.

Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order, submitting payment, or approving a custom design, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agreed to these Terms of Service and our Refund Policy.

Delta Custom Prints reserves the right to update these Terms of Service as needed.
